My name is Gary Martin and I am excited that you are giving me this "digital" opportunity to tell you a little about myself and why you should use Home Inspections by Gary Inc.

I have been a licensed independent NJ General Contractor for over 27 years. Through my many years of working in this area, I have handled projects large and small covering all aspects of home construction and remodeling. This experience gives me an unmatched wealth of knowledge that will be used to inspect your home.

In 2008 I decided to enroll in an evening program at a local college to complete all 315 hours of classes on the NJ building codes. From there I went on to meet all the strict requirements required by the NJ Division of Community Affairs to complete and pass all three intense state exams in order to get all 3 NJ Building Inspectors Licenses and 2 administrative licenses . I then continued my education with 140 hours of classes and testing required to receive my NJ Home Inspectors License.

What I enjoy most about my work is helping people make decisions that will help change their lives. In my construction and remodeling business I help people decide how to change their home to support their growing family or give an aging property a much needed face lift. In my home inspection business, I look forward to working with customers to make sure they are making the right decision about their potential new home.

Just a note, all of the photographs on this site are projects that I have completed. I am very proud of my work and I look forward to adding you to my growing list of satisfied customers.
